At Innersweat we honor ancient Chinese philosophy, martial arts & medicine by sharing the ancient history and the stories behind the practice. Therefore, we will always be life long students (never experts), constantly training, learning and sharing our knowledge. Forever respecting the culture that brings us so many benefits.

Meet our Founder

Niki Browne-Cooper

Niki's transformative journey with Qigong began when she faced a myriad of health challenges, including debilitating migraines, low mood, anxiety, weight gain, and chronic fatigue. Frustrated by the limitations these issues imposed on her life, she sought alternative health and wellness solutions. This quest led her to the ancient practice of Qigong, which has since become a life-changing force for her.

With an 18-year career as a Drama teacher and as a mother of three boys, Niki found that the high-intensity exercises she once relied on only exacerbated her symptoms, leaving her feeling drained. The discovery of Qigong was nothing short of a revelation. It completely reshaped her understanding of how to nourish her body, both inside and out. Realizing that exercise doesn’t have to be punishing to be effective and that we can create more energy with simple techniques, Niki became passionate about sharing this wisdom with others.

Niki is driven by the belief that everyone can benefit from practicing Qigong. Whether it's reducing stress and anxiety, feeling more comfortable in our own skin, or training for peak performance, Qigong offers a holistic approach to wellness.
