Why it Works
The effectiveness of this course is grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which emphasises the vital importance of Qi (energy) in maintaining good health. Qigong, much like acupuncture, operates on the same foundational pillars of wellness:
Free Flow of Internal Qi: The first pillar focuses on ensuring that energy flows freely throughout the body. When Qi is blocked, it can lead to physical and emotional symptoms. This course teaches movements specifically designed to open pathways and promote the smooth circulation of energy, enhancing your overall vitality.
Purge Out Toxicity and Stagnation: According to TCM, any symptom we experience is rooted in energetic blockages. This course incorporates exercises that help eliminate toxicity and stagnation, addressing the root causes of various health issues.
These tried-and-tested movements have been a personal toolkit for transformation, having profoundly impacted my physical, mental, and emotional health. With thousands of years of history backing them, these practices have stood the test of time, proving their effectiveness across generations. This course not only provides valuable tools for your health but also empowers you to take charge of your wellbeing through accessible, everyday exercises.

Meet Niki
Hi, I’m Niki, a certified Qigong instructor with over 18 years of teaching experience, including 3.5 years dedicated to Qigong. I hold two 200-hour training certifications from The Long White Cloud Institute and have a passion for guiding others toward balance and vitality.
My journey with Qigong began as I searched for relief from chronic migraines, anxiety, low mood and energy, and high cortisol levels. For years, I pushed myself through intense cardio workouts, thinking that was the only way to stay fit, even though they seemed to worsen my symptoms. Then I discovered Qigong, and everything changed. For the first time, I found an exercise that felt genuinely enjoyable in the moment and left me feeling calm and energised afterward.
Not only did I experience a boost in mood and energy, but I also felt a newfound sense of balance in both my body and mind. I began craving cleaner foods, feeling more in control of my emotions, and finally understood what my body needed to feel nourished and whole. This practice allowed me to connect deeply with myself and break free from the notion that exercise had to be a struggle. Now, I’m passionate about sharing Qigong with others who might be dealing with similar challenges and looking for a gentler, more effective way to feel their best.
