What is Qigong?

Qigong (pron: chi-gong) is a form of movement and breathwork which offers us a way to have more energy. Yes, you read that right. 

Where many forms of exercise are designed to use up energy, practicing Qigong actually creates more of it - making you feel more energised, alert and calm as every cell gets a healthy flow of energy. 

What are the benefits of Qigong?
