Four Fundamental Movements for Everyday Terms of Participation
1. Introduction
My name is Niki Browne-Cooper trading as Innersweat (ABN: 78 153 491 249). I am delighted that you have chosen to participate in this course.
You can find out more about me here: https://www.innersweat.com.au.
The Four Fundamental Movements for Everyday course (“this Course”) is intended to educate you about the core principles of Qigong. This course supports you to:
build awareness of your energy and how to activate it,
improve your mood, focus and motivation, and
establish a calming energising routine that integrates seamlessly into your day.
You will get the most out of this Course if you keep an open mind and are curious about holistic health practices. Qigong provides a practical, accessible way to understand and work with energy, treating it not as something mystical, but as the natural force generated by bodily functions like circulation, nervous system activity, and cellular renewal. This Course is ideal for anyone who wants a deeper connection to their body and a greater sense of control over their health.
This Course may not be the best fit if you are already an experienced Qigong practitioner who fully understands the basic principles and incorporates them into your daily routine. Additionally, if you have a serious mental or physical health condition, or if you are in the late stages of pregnancy, it may not be appropriate to participate. In these cases, please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning this Course.
This document sets out the Terms of Participation that you agree to when you enrol in this Course. Please read this document carefully as it sets out important boundaries intended to help you get the most out of this Course. When you enrol in this Course you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms of Participation. If you do not accept these Terms, please contact me to discuss your concerns before enrolling.
If you have any questions or need further information, please contact me: info@innersweat.com.au This course is offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. What You Can Expect From Me
I bring 18 years of experience as a classroom teacher and have completed two 200-hour Qigong training courses through The Longwhite Cloud Institute in New Zealand, as of November 2024. In addition, I have three-and-a-half years of experience teaching Qigong in corporate settings, as well as in studio and online environments.
You can expect high-quality video instruction, clearly outlined Qigong theories, and engaging movement exercises that are time-efficient, gentle, effective, and suitable for any fitness level. I am committed to sharing my knowledge of Qigong in good faith, and I will continue to develop my own skills and practice to keep them up-to-date and relevant.
6. My Expectations Of You
This Course encourages not just an energetic shift, but also a transformation in how you approach your overall health and well-being. To make the most of this experience, consider the following principles:
Be Patient with the Process: True transformation takes time. Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice that gradually balances your energy and restores harmony. Trust the process and allow yourself to progress at your own pace.
Be Open to Change and New Ideas: Qigong may feel different from what you’re accustomed to, especially if you’ve relied on high-intensity workouts or western health approaches. Embrace curiosity and remain open to exploring new methods.
Take Ownership of Your Journey: This Course provides the tools, but it is your commitment that brings results. Recognize that your energy is in your own hands by adopting an empowering mindset and observing how it shapes your experience.
Practice Consistently, Even in Small Doses: The movements you will learn are simple and time efficient, but their benefits multiply with regular practice. Integrate them into your daily routine, even if it’s just a few minutes at a time.
Engage Fully with the Resources: Make use of all the supporting materials, including the Daily Movement Diary, to track your progress, stay motivated, and deepen your understanding.
Ask Questions and Stay Curious: If something is unclear or you seek deeper insight, don’t hesitate to reach out to info@innersweat.com.au. Your active engagement assists me to improve this Course and the learning experience for everyone’s benefit.
Support Your Body with a Healthy Lifestyle: While this Course can help balance your energy and improve well-being, its effects are amplified by a healthy lifestyle. Nourish your body with a nutrient-rich diet, stay well-hydrated, and prioritize quality sleep.
By embracing these principles, you’ll cultivate a mindset that aligns with the essence of Qigong. Remember, this is not just about learning a few movements. My hope is that it will help you step into a more holistic way of caring for yourself, balancing your energy, and creating lasting well being.
7. Important Information
Medical and Professional Scope: I am not a medical professional and do not claim to diagnose, cure, or heal any illness. This course is provided for educational purposes only. If you have a serious physical or mental health condition, or if you are pregnant, please obtain medical clearance from your healthcare provider before starting this course.
Personal Responsibility and Safety: As a participant, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a safe environment in which to engage in the exercises. This includes clearing sufficient space, using appropriate equipment, and being mindful of your surroundings to avoid environmental hazards.
Listening to Your Body and Adjusting Your Practice: As this Course is DIY without in-person supervision, it’s your responsibility to pay attention to your body’s signals. Take breaks as needed, modify movements or poses for your comfort and ability, and avoid any exercises that feel unsafe or harmful. If at any point you have serious concerns about your health or well-being, stop the exercises and consult a qualified health professional.
Nature of Qigong Practice and Energy Work: Qigong involves working with your body’s energy. While it’s a gentle practice, overdoing the exercises can lead to fatigue or increase the risk of physical injury. Additionally, when we discuss specific organs, we are referring to their energetic frequencies rather than the physical organs themselves. An “organ imbalance” in this context refers to an energetic state. It is not a diagnosis of organ disease and does not mean that anything is physically wrong.
Potential Short-Term Discomfort: Some participants may experience temporary worsening of physical or mental symptoms as stagnant energy is cleared. This is sometimes called a “healing crisis” in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is considered part of the body’s natural detoxification process. Take the rest you need, listen to your body and gently resume exercises when ready. If these symptoms raise serious concerns, discontinue the exercises and contact your healthcare provider.
Effort, Consistency, and Results: To see the best outcomes, consistent effort is key. However, results vary widely, depending on factors unique to you that are beyond my control. While past participants have reported significant benefits, I cannot guarantee similar results for you. Your progress will depend on your personal circumstances, commitment, and approach.
Additional Information: For answers to frequently asked questions and more details about the course, please refer to the sales page.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
If a dispute arises, everyone involved agrees not to engage in any public discussion about the issues, to behave politely towards each other, and to avoid any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to be unfairly detrimental to any other person’s business or personal interests.
You agree to act in good faith and be reasonably cooperative at all stages of the dispute resolution process. I make the same commitment to you.
If you have any concerns, issues or complaint arising out of participation in this Course, you agree to communicate with me with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and trying to resolve the dispute in good faith through negotiation and discussion. Please email me at info@innersweat.com.au and expect a response within 2 business days.
If there is a problem, you agree to meet with me in good faith to discuss it and try to make a genuine effort to find a win-win solution. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you agree to pursue mediation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, with litigation being a last resort. I commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.
These Terms of Participation are subject to the governing law of Western Australia. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Western Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
